Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone on VibeBay, whether you hire (a client) or get hired (a talent). It covers everything you post or send: task posts, proposals, messages, Vibe listings, service titles and descriptions, profiles, and delivered work.

It sits alongside our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Where this policy is stricter than a general rule elsewhere, this policy applies.

The following are prohibited outright. Content that involves them is removed, and the account may be suspended or terminated:

• Sexual or pornographic content, and any sexual services.
• Anything that sexualises, endangers, or exploits a minor. We report this to the relevant authorities.
• Hate, harassment, or content that attacks or dehumanises people based on who they are.
• Sharing someone's private information without consent, or helping to track, expose, or dox a person.
• Malware, ransomware, or tools built to break into accounts or systems that are not yours.
• Fraud, scams, and phishing, including deceptive schemes designed to take money or data from others.

Some work is legitimate in the right context but is often misused. We allow it but may hold it for review, and we may decline it:

• Adult-oriented services and platforms.
• Academic work written or completed on someone else's behalf, such as essays, assignments, or exams.
• Accessing accounts or systems, including recovery and security work, where we need to confirm it is your own or authorised.
• Buying or selling followers, likes, reviews, or other fake engagement.
• Counterfeit or replica goods and branding.
• Weapons, and instructions for making them.
• Drugs and controlled substances.
• Gambling and betting schemes.

We screen new task posts automatically for prohibited work, using keyword checks and an AI review. Content that clearly breaks the rules is blocked before it goes live. Content that needs a closer look is posted and queued for a human on our team.

You can report anything that looks wrong using the Report button on tasks, profiles, messages, and Vibes. Reports and auto-flags go to the same review queue.

When we find a breach we may remove the content, issue a warning, suspend the account, or, for serious or repeated breaches, terminate it. Prohibited activity may also mean you forfeit founding-talent benefits and any pending balance connected to the breach.

Automated screening is not perfect. If your content was blocked or flagged and you believe it is a mistake, contact support and we will take another look. Give us the task or message details so we can find it quickly.
